Weddings are full of those big, picture-perfect moments – the vows, the first kiss, the first dance. But let’s be honest… some of the very best memories happen in between, when your guests are laughing, celebrating and properly letting their hair down. That’s where The Capture Pod comes in.
We’ve spent years around weddings and events, so we know how important it is to get people relaxed and in the party mood. The Capture Pod is designed to slot seamlessly into your day, giving your guests the chance to strike a pose, pull a silly face, or grab their mates for a group shot they’ll treasure forever. It’s not just a photo booth – it’s a way to break the ice, kick off the fun and capture moments you’d otherwise miss.
With the latest tech, we create personalised templates to match your wedding theme and style, so every image feels like it belongs to your day. Guests can choose from photos, videos, or GIFs, and with a range of filters and effects, everything comes out polished and picture-perfect (even after a glass of bubbly or two!).
Once the magic is captured, photos are sent instantly to your guests’ phones via AirDrop, email, or QR code – so no hanging about. And after the event, you’ll receive your very own online gallery with everything in one place. It’s all digital, completely eco-friendly and so easy to share with friends and family.

I’ve never booked a Photo Booth before! What do I do?!
We know planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, and we totally understand the endless emails back and forth with suppliers. We’re wedding planners, remember! That’s why we’re keeping this simple! Here’s how it works…

1. Get In Touch
— Pop us a message via the contact form below and tell us all about your lovely plans.

2. Check Availability
— We’ll get back to you and confirm if your date is free.

3. Secure Your Booking
— We’ll send over a confirmation, invoice, and contract so we can lock it into the diary.

4. Three Months Before
— We’ll check in with a friendly hello and gather a few extra details to make sure the setup is seamless.

5. One Month Before
— The final balance will be due (sorry, but we promise it’s worth it!).

6. On The Day
— We’ll rock up with The Capture Pod, ready to capture the fun. After the celebration, all your photos will be emailed over for you to relive (and laugh over with a glass of wine in hand!).

Simply Chic
Ok ok, let’s keep it classy. ✨
We’ll style the booth with faux florals or greenery on our chic plinths to complement your theme perfectly. For a touch of fun (with elegance still in mind), we’ll also provide our signature white heart sunglasses — the only prop you need for a fabulous photo.
Because truly, your guests don’t need much to look amazing.

Tat Galore
We all know there’s a special place in our hearts for a bit of over-the-top tat.
If you’re after more wacky props, this is the package for you. Think funky hats, feather boas, oversized sunnies — all the dress-up chaos.
Sure, we love to keep things chic… but let’s be honest, deep down you want to try on those giant glasses.

For folks who want to keep it even more simple! This package is just the booth set up, none of the fancy stuff just the fun of the camera and our heart sunglasses.

Backdrops (Coming Soon!)
Most of the beautiful venues we work with already have incredible backdrops — think exposed brick, rustic plaster and all those gorgeous textures. But for spaces that need a little extra something, we’ll soon be offering a range of stylish backdrops to elevate your photos even more.
